Tentative May 2, 2009 NMRRI Competition schedule
(subject to change):


7:00: Teams check-in (coaches and/or project manager) as well as unloading & set-up.

NOTE: Two check-in tables to be available for middle school & high school teams.
A separate Robot Scrutinizing table will be open for robot dimension check.
Teams may set-up pit areas at this time.
Two separate pit areas are available this year: One for middle school teams & one for high school teams.


7:35: Judge check-in & orientation (Brazos room)

7:45: Check-in, Robot scrutinizing and Judge's orientation to be finished by this time.

7:55: Judges to move to the competition floor and Teams to come into the Brazos room to prep for the opening ceremony.
NOTE: TEAMS ARE EXPECTED TO BRING TEAMS BANNERS FOR OPENING CEREMONY WITH THEM

8:00: Teams gather in Brazos for Opening Ceremony prep.

8:05: Opening Ceremony

8:25: Final prep for competition

8:35:1st match (practice) and other other matches

12:00: Lunch-team, photos (optional), vendor gallery walk -Please our sponsor's booths. The RAVE is looking to schedule either dance and/or music groups.

1:10: Continuation of the matches

3:30: Fastest Robots Competition

3:50: Awards Ceremony

4:20: Pit area pack up.
